Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our website menu and product categories, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Costumes: Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • Sleepwear & Loungewear: For hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the completed return form provided by our customer service team.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Dinei Clothing Shop.
